Three people run this studio, and all three are on your account. The person who answers your call is the person writing your posts and building your pages. Nothing gets handed down to an assistant you were never introduced to.
Every package on this site has its starting price printed on it, and you get a firm number after the strategy call rather than a range that moves once work begins. The rate you sign at is the rate you keep.
Monthly work runs month to month after an initial three months, because anything shorter cannot be judged fairly. No twelve-month contract and no early-termination clause. Every account we touch is created in your name, and if you leave you take the files, the logins, and the domain with you.
