How much does this cost?
Our packages start at $950 for a one-time brand strategy, $1,200 a month for content, $1,800 a month for full social media management, and $2,800 for a website build. Those are starting points for a typical small business. You get a real number, not a range, after the free 30-minute strategy call.
Which social platforms do you post on?
The ones your customers actually use. For most local businesses that means Instagram, Facebook, and your Google Business Profile, and we add TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest when your audience is genuinely there. We would rather run two platforms properly than five badly.
Do you create the content, or do we?
We do. Photography, short-form video, graphics, and captions are all handled on our side, and we come to you for the shoot. If you already have product photos or footage you want used, we will work them in.
How long before we see results?
Search and listing work usually starts showing up in four to eight weeks. Social takes about 90 days of consistent posting before the numbers mean anything, because you are building an audience rather than buying one. We report monthly the whole way, so you are never guessing.
What steps do you follow to design our content?
We start with a detailed discovery process so we understand your business, your customers, and your goals. From there we build a design concept, gather your feedback, and then design and produce the finished content.
What types of websites do you design?
Corporate sites, e-commerce stores, personal blogs, portfolio sites, and custom web applications. Depending on the project we build on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace, or we write a custom-coded solution, and we recommend the type that fits your goals and budget rather than the biggest build we could sell you.
How long does website design and development take?
Most websites take 4 to 8 weeks. Every project is different, so the timeline depends on how complex the site is, which features you need, and how quickly feedback comes back to us.
Do I need to be near Richmond to work with you?
No. We work with clients anywhere, and everything we do runs remotely over video calls, email, and shared reporting. We are based in Richmond, Virginia, so if you are in central Virginia we are happy to meet in person as well.
